Duties include:
• Installing and configuring computer systems.
• Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Logging employee queries.
• Creating User data Backup.
• Network Printer/Scanner troubleshooting.
• Replacing parts as required.
• Testing and evaluating new technology
Duties include:
• Order and stock office supplies if and when necessary.
• Report any repair and maintenances to the maintenance team.
• Provide technical assistance to Office staffs when needed.
• Assist in software and hardware upgrade.
• Perform routine PC maintenance and updates for performance efficiency.

Obtaining Quotations, Preparing purchase orders and maintaining records on relevant activities.
Maintain Hard Copy & Electronic Filing System.
Maintain Confidential Records & Files.
Responding to Payment enquiries and complaints.
