Projects:
▪ Project manager for business model scaling together with top manage-
ment team. The roll out of a cloud-based project management tool to the
entire organization was basis for the project. This included change man-
agement initiatives and trainings
▪ Stream lead for process improvements and KPI framework development
for a company in the Middle East. The newly developed tools and guide-
lines increase reporting quality and while enabling the management to
identify shortcomings and actively steer the operation
▪ Project manager for integration of wet-lease aircraft into existing airline
hub structures. Due to the fast-pace of the project, agile project manage-
ment tools proved successful in delivering on-time and within budget

▪ Supporting restructuring of an operational help center unit, leading to better operational performance at lower cost. Strong project marketing within the management teams ensured visibility of this long-term project
▪Leading the commercial stream for customer loyalty program revamp, resulting in business cases for management decision. In preparation for the implementation, conducted intensive project planning with more than 50 in
terdisciplinary project members
