Witness T&C of all mechanical works in preparation of project hand-over.

Managed on procurement of owner supplied material (OSM) including technical review and commercial offer from vendors and provide appropriate recommendation to client. Facilitated and liaised shop drawings, technical submittals, RFI, proposals & material samples for consultant’s approval. Monitored and reviewed daily/weekly work progress according to the agreed project schedule and declared variance equivalent to number of days delayed. Evaluated/reviewed progress billing and issued payment certificate. Conducted inspection on material delivery and installed materials as part of QA/QC standard procedure. Issued non conformance report and site instruction. Reviewed and evaluated variation orders whether additive or deductive. Witnessed all testing, adjusting, balancing and balancing in every mechanical system. Project close-out and final hand-over to client.

In-charged in all mechanical job in hand projects from mobilization, site planning, scheduling, coordination, engineering documentation, manpower deployment, site implementation, supervision, quality control and procurement. Performed quantity take-off, pricing and obtained competitive pricing. Developed bid packages and reviewed proposals from vendors.

In-charged in all mechanical projects related to installation of HVAC, fire fighting and plumbing system. Processed and tracked material/shop drawing submittals and RFI’s. Managed document control process, including variation orders, sub-contractor billings, purchasing and contract administration. Monitored material delivery of all long-lead items during procurement. Developed project schedule according to the main contractor master schedule. Negotiated vendor’s proposal before placing the order. Coordinated project close-out documentation, including deficiencies, warranties, maintenance, and final payments. Assisted in the documentation of accidents, safety violations, unsafe conditions and activities. Conducted quality control inspections of completed works. Processed vendor invoices, reconciled sub-contractor progress billings, supervised payroll and managed jobsite manpower, staff and office.

Promoted three (3) from Design Engineer-Senior Design Engineer up to Senior Supervising Design Engineer. Handled more than ten (10) projects at a time without any delayed in drawing submission. Presented design options to clients relative to design advantage and disadvantage. Developed engineering concept design, design development and construction document drawings. Prepared engineering calculations, design criteria, design parameters, specifications, equipment selection, central plant layout, duct/pipe sizing, detailing and all layouts during the composition of design drawing. Supervised draftsmen’s work during drawing production process. Evaluated work performance and trained junior engineers. Responded contractors RFI’s, queries, request and recommendations. Reviewed bid proposals, material/drawing submittals, contractor’s schedule, method statement, scope of works, value engineering and material compliance statement. Attended weekly technical and construction management meeting with the design team, clients and trade contractors. Monitored site progress, quality control, deficiencies and incompliance material delivered by contractor. Organized records, documentation and correspondences. Prepared MEP coordination/composite drawings prior to site installation. Developed shop drawings according to the coordination drawing for consultant’s approval. Processed material submittal for consultant’s approval. Supervised installation of chilled water pipes, ductworks, FCU’s, AHU’s, pumps, plate heat exchangers, cooling towers, ventilation system and chemical dosing system.
