Monitoring, updating of QC logs on all mechanical works inspections, non-compliance
issues, ITP records & documents and email to QC Manager for review & information.
- Everyday walk through with site engineers to ensure approved ITP’s are implemented on
mechanical works that will include international standards.
- Direct reporting to QC Manager and discuss all quality issues including what action to
make in order to close the issues.
- Adhere safety rules and regulation on site with regards to the following work at height;
confine space, hot works, and other related works safety.
- Visual inspection, testing of materials delivery on site make sure materials is complied
with approved material submittals, specification, QC certificate that materials pass
through company quality standard, materials testing, country of origin certificate and etc.
- Visual check on completed works raise for inspection, make sure works are comply with
related approved ITP documents.
As Site HVAC Engineer:
- Direct reporting to construction manager with regards to works schedule, manpower,
drawings, estimation, materials procuring, reporting on work progress.
- Implementations, coordination of works on site make sure installation of HVAC works are
in compliance with project specification, approved drawing, materials, ITP.
- Participating in weekly meeting with client representative & main contractor and other
parties.
- Assisting QC Engineer during onsite inspection at site.
- Prepare work progress report and update the progress construction schedule record for
construction manager information.
As Project Engineer:
- Responsible in everyday supervision of mechanical works activities on assigned project.
- Preparing materials for construction, received & testing make sure materials are approved
for construction used & complied with approved technical submittals.
- Implement, ensure safety rules and instruction.
- Site coordination with sub-contractor with regards to work issues, ensure project
schedule are progressed as planned.
- Prepare as-built drawing, daily and weekly project reports.
As Building Maintenance Engineer:
- Responsible in maintenance of HVAC Equipment’s, Generator, Substation, Pumps, Fire
Alarm & Sprinkler System ensure all in operational condition.
- Monthly checks up of outdoors HVAC equipment’s make sure all are washed &
maintained.
- Prepare maintenance staff working schedule.
- Attending tenant complains about utilities issues.
- Procuring & receiving materials, make sure materials specification comply with LPO.

- Check equipment’s, efficiency report, ensure during installation equipment follows
manufacturer recommendation, also during functional testing.
- Annual inspection with civil defense authority with regards to fire alarm & sprinkler
system.
- Attending management committee meeting.

Monitoring on subcontractor’s mechanical services works; ensure works are implemented
in compliance with approved drawing, materials, project specification, QCS and
international standards.
- Coordination with all MEP engineers on installation of services, technical issues,
manpower and materials.
- Work evaluation on completed mechanical services, coordination with subcontractor for
inspection.
- Weekly progress meeting with client representative and all sub-contractors.
- Progress services update on construction schedule, drawings and prepare report for
construction manager.
