●Maintenance of existing customers, explore the new potential clients, identify the new markets and prospects, supervise the expected sales target monthly and yearly. Administrate the existing customers files.
●Organise domestic and overseas trade shows/exhibitions. Plan the new marketing strategies.
●Statisticly analyse the best sellings according to the district/products.
●Coordinate the human resource including staffs and work allocations.
●Work with top American deco companies, cooperate with designers in completed new customized textile collections.
●Following and implementing the design and fabrication process, provide technical solutions for manufacture and models set up.
●Compose the ISO9000 export dept. working procedure.
●Searching and managing specific merchandise through exhibitions, internet, market according to the demands.
●Select and purchase the potential housing/home decoration products for stocking market.
●Managing and negotiating with the manufacturers or agents in China, Spain, Japan Korea, France etc.
