Review MEP design drawings, Review and approve MEP shop drawings, reports and technical query submitted by the contractor to ensure completeness, correctness, comply with the project specification, contractual documents, codes & standards.
Review and approve material approval request, product data, samples & Inspection/test reports.
Witnessing factory acceptance test (FAT) & Inspection of material at site.
Supervision of Electrical works, advising solutions for site problems/issues, ensuring safety, quality & progress of project execution at different stages as per codes and standards.
QA/QC of works, Issuing (SI/NCR) for the unacceptable work practice at site.
Attend meetings with Client & Contractor. Coordination between various disciplines Architectural, Civil/Structural and Mechanical to ensure construction quality, closely related works, design compliance & effective project implementation.
Prepare Conceptual design based on requirements from the client and local authority regulations.
Collection of data for further design development. Prepare detailed designs of various electrical systems in compliance to local authorities regulations, codes and standards.
Submit design drawings to authorities and follow up until approval is granted prior to construction and during construction.
Verification of payments certificate & certifying the monthly payment certificate.
Coordination with local authorities for testing & energisation of LV installations.
Lead a team of site inspectors and ensure no deviations in executing the plan.
Review and approve As-built drawings, operations and maintenance manuals.
