Responsible for varied duties involved in the overall operation of the restaurant including maintaining the company’s brand standards.
• Presenting a professional image at all times, coaching, counseling, and developing team members, maximizing sales and profitability, controlling expenses, meeting budgetary constraints, handling guest complaints, and ensuring sanitation, safety, and food quality.
• Ensuring each guest receives excellent service by providing an environment which includes maintaining the brand standards, solid knowledge of the menu, and all other components of gracious hospitality.
• Oversaw all 5 food and beverage outlets throughout the hotel. Managed and assisted kitchen staff in producing food for all 5 outlets.
• Training, developing, and communicating with all team members as well as assist the general manager through consistent monthly meetings with all team members.
• Monitoring inventory levels and report all concerns to the Dir of operation.
• Developing and assigning daily goals and tasks and assure completion through consistent follow-up.
• Assisting in monitoring sales performance and make recommendations for scheduling, staffing, and other strategies.
• Helped minimized cost by reviewing portions and quality in preparations; ensuring high quality of preparation are meet.
Taking orders from guests.Answering questions about menu items, food sensitivities and food substitutions.
Getting feedback from guests in order to ensure satisfaction with both food and service.
Assessing customer complaints, enquiries and recommendations, always striving to provide a better service.Maintaining a pleasant and welcoming environment for the guests’ enjoyment at all times, ensuring the best dining experience, so that they always come back for the first-class service.Inspecting dining and serving areas, as well as all the equipment in use and storage areas for organisation and cleanliness.Making personalised recommendations on new menus and promotions.Instructing the staff on how to provide high-quality service and ensure that the guests’ needs are met.Settling bills and keeping records of them to ensure accurate charges are made.Assisting on payrolls preparation.completing safety training and certifications of staff and following current safety and sanitation policies whenever managing food and beverages.
