Recruitment Responsibilities:
• Job Analysis and Role Definition: Conduct thorough job analyses to determine the specific requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for various positions within the organization.
• Job Posting and Advertisement: Create and post job descriptions on various job boards, company websites, and other platforms to attract potential candidates.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as online job portals, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates, ensuring alignment with the job requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
• Interviewing and Evaluation: Conduct initial and subsequent interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
• Candidate Assessment: Coordinate and administer assessments, tests, or assignments as required to evaluate candidates' competencies and suitability for the role.
• Reference and Background Checks: Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates to verify employment history, qualifications, and credibility.
• Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Facilitate job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring data, and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies to continuously improve the recruitment process and attract top talent.
Training Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy with the company's goals and objectives.
• Identify training needs by thoroughly assessing employee performance and skills gaps.
• Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
• Facilitate leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives to nurture organizational talent.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees seeking individualized skill development.
• Create and maintain a training calendar and communicate training schedules to employees.
• Assisted in the development of e-learning modules and online training content.
• Assisted in analyzing training program effectiveness through feedback and evaluation data.
• Maintained accurate training records and assisted in compliance reporting.
• Work on updating job descriptions for all jobs.
• Preparing and issuing employee payroll statements accurately.
• Preparing official documents for the employees.
• Follow up on employee transfer and promotion procedures

• Preparing advertisements, receiving and studying CVs for vacancies available.
• Develop an orientation plan for new employees.
• Assist and follow up in making the necessary plans to raise the performance of employees in all departments.
• Working on developing future work plans in terms of development ideas.
• Follow up the annual evaluation and prepare the required performance improvement plan.
• Reviewing human resources' internal rules, policies, and procedures and updating them.
• Receive all requested documents from new employees.
• Completing the documents related to the resigned employees and doing the exit interview.
• Follow-up employees’ contracts to renewal.
• Do investigations for all departments for the concerned employees.
• Responsible for all health insurance operations in terms of addition, cancellation, follow-up, etc.
