Assisting the internal and external clients is the key responsibility of this job, as well as maintaining the positive impression of the visitors towards the global brand of the organization
Duties and Responsibilities
Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person
Keeping well-organized files and records of business activity
Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Providing office support including preparation of travel arrangement for employees and assisting customers with queries
Experienced in handling the key accounts/ top clients. Achieved sales target every month up to 190%.

Ensure the achievement of sales target
Develop smaller accounts into key accounts
Maintain good relationship and bring satisfaction to the most profitable set of clients to guarantee their growth within the company
Idea generation, events planning and execution
Reporting of current status of each account and update the office for special requests of the clients

Rendering reports that are needed by the team
Processing orders via email or phone
Cover the accounts of the sales agents while they are on their
regular customer visits
Support the team to achieve monthly sales target
Assist the group with all the activities required to be able to spot
opportunities and realize both short and long-term goals
Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Assist customers to process payments and to monitor the delivery
of their purchased items
Prepare product quotations needed by the account officers as per
request of the clients
