building pitches and documents for the sales team, conducting research and analyzing data and overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organization reaches our sales goals
Coordinate and follow up with Business Units Teams for accurate and speedy delivery of core sales operation services
• Support in sales and stock reporting, forecasting, and analysis
• Responsible for accurate and on-time creation of sales orders
• Responsible for clients invoicing in the system and applying discounts according to agreed offer
• Collaborate and support in the development & optimization of sales operations process within the
company, including identifying and controlling projects and initiatives related to sales operations
• Manage the complete documentation of the commitments (quotations/Customer PO & special price
document) with all terms & conditions between the company & partners under SO
• Monitor and track PO to ensure accurate PO closing
• Align and coordinate with purchase team to meet the delivery timelines for B2B orders
• Monitor and follow-up on the accuracy of stock allocations following the right classifications
Responsible to provide expertise in sterilization process of all surgical items, instruments, sets, and endoscopes from all clinical services
areas to ensure operation continuity and uninterrupted service.
