Quality control of coffee production through all its process, from green coffee reception, roasting, grinding until the packaging and delivery of the finished product.
Control of incoming raw materials: green coffee, packaging materials (roll, bags, boxes..)
Preparing daily production reports.
Reviewing and then condensing, correcting and arranging scientific books (biology, chemistry, others…), and their related images, with the objective of preparing the books for final presentation to schools in Lebanon and other Arabic countries(Syria, Qatar, Kuwait…..)
Inspection and monitoring quality of in-process food production batches (jam, pickles...)such as temperatures, consistencies, pH, weights, compliance with food quality control and sanitation standards and procedures.
Help maintain and set-up laboratory equipment, check experiments, observe, calculate and record results.
