 Responsibilities
1. Lead a technical team to verify technical proposals and final design work
prepared by the Contractor(s), comment to the Contractor(s) thereon, and
make recommendations to the Employer
2. Supervise commissioning of the executed works and being responsible for
preliminary and final acceptance of executed works according to needs and
site requirements within specified timeline.
3. Examine and approve all planning and programming details proposed by the
Contractor, verify shop drawings of the contractor(s) for supply of material,
make respective recommendations to The Employer according to high quality
standards
4. Provide assistance to The Employer in dealing with the settlement of all
disputes or differences that arises between The Employer and the Contractor
5. Verify Contractors' invoices and issue interim and final certificates for
payments to the Contractor(s) and submit these to the Employer for approval
6. Submit the required reports, preparation and attending progress meeting with
the stakeholders.

 Responsibilities
1. Oversee the design, planning, and implementation of construction works of all
building and external works within the project, overseeing health and safety at
site work.
2. Lead a technical team of Civil Engineers and Architects to approve
construction plans, material submittals, shop drawings and monitor the
progress of works according to contract schedules, specifications and project
plans
3. Assess, check, and approve the contractors’ activities, check and verify the
completed work and make recommendations for progress payments to

4. Submit monthly reports to the management and the employer and attend
regular progress meeting with the employer as the Engineer representative.

3- Submitted weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the management and the Employer, and defined time schedules for tasks in coordination with planning team and project management and the contractors.
4- Checking the Shop drawings with the Site Engineers for approvals.
5- Supervise the initial operation for the treatment plant after receiving the waste water, recording the lab results to be according the Jordanian specifications
