REDEVELOPMENT OF NAD AL SHEBA MALL at Nad Al Sheba 3- Dubai, UAE July 2023 - up to present
• Supervision for the erection of steel columns, beams and decking before casting.
• Supervision of different Piling Work Like Bored and Micro pile and Pile Caps.
• Inspection and supervision for all the works carried out by the contractor and resolves
any issues regarding site problems through coordination with the Project Manager and Site Engineers.
• Inspect finishes is as per approved drawings and approved materials. (i.e. Painting works, Tiles, Joinery, Aluminum works & Glazing)
• Ensure all the works executed on the site were based on all approved drawings for architectural and structural complete details with compliance to the codes used in the
design of the project.
• Inspection of steel reinforcements and formworks for pile caps, extension slabs, columns, and beams before concrete casting
• Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken
• Documenting for all the inspections provided by the contractor and ensure all inspection requests to be attended. Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status
• Providing reports for nonconformance to the QA manager and assist in developing corrective actions
• Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work
practices.
• Collaborates with construction management to eliminate any hazards associated with the work that may adversely affect the environment or the safety or health of employees.
• Preparing daily, Weekly & monthly progress report.
• Conducting weekly site meetings with Quality and construction team and discuss issues and find out possible solutions.
