1. Perform and Updates Daily Production Scheduling, Material Replenishment, and Inventory Management Processes through accurate, realistic and timely production schedule via MS Dynamics AX/ SAP.
2. Updates sales, customer service department and warehouse on the status of each job and projected delivery dates for proper scheduling and dispatching of deliveries.
3. Develop and manage production data and schedules for extrusion plants, effectively tracking the efficiency and cost data associated with all plant activities.
4. Ensures improvement plans are aligned and integrated into the plant's budgeting processes
1. Proofs and ensures the quality of preforms and bottles produced by the machines are within standards
2. Utilizes Statistical Process Control (SPC) Program as a tool in assuring capability of the beverage manufacturing systems
3. Monitors physiological and microbiological status of source water and equipment after sanitation
