Responsible for expanding Hill-Rom and Maquet SW product reach and profit revenues, and
increasing my business line turnover by driving sales growth through new and existing clients.
Within this term, we increased our department’s market coverage and turnover by 40%, and we
were able to shift market from the low - Mid range, up to the Mid - High range.
Duties:
- Responsible for market development and daily sales of these two brands within the Lebanese
territories, heading a team of 2 salespersons and 2 clinical application specialists.
- Cover the buying centers in all Lebanese hospitals.
- Educate market, raise awareness, create the need, identify opportunities, initiate the necessary
follow-up activities, submit adequate proposals, negotiate terms of sales, seal the deal and ensure
customer satisfaction, even after sales.
- Handle large scope projects (master plans, renovation, wards design)
- Create a positive working environment and support team members throughout the sales process.
- Set targets and ensure they are met; continuously evaluate team members and motivate them to
achieve KPI targets; work with them on setting their activities plan weekly, follow-up their reports
updated daily.
- Prepare sales funnels, forecasts and action plans; update them quarterly; ensure all product
segments are equally developed.
- Report to upper management and involve them where need be.
- Follow-up with the customer support department to ensure clients’ requests are being duly met.
- Participate in suppliers’ meetings, focus groups, roadshows, product launches, trainings…
