• Manage various digital business accounts with the objective to provide value and digital expertise to all clients; act as the primary contact for clients when it comes to digital strategy, website/microsite/app builds or creative and technical refreshes, digital integration, SEO, analytics, campaign UX, and much more across the digital realm.
• Understanding and taking ownership of each digital account and working as a partner to help client’s surpass their KPIs and see a return on their investment, whether that be in the form of money, leads, or data
• Oversee accounts day-to-day while also coordinating with internal creative + technical resources and third-party vendors to troubleshoot any issues, as well as execute various digital campaigns and technical projects
• Active client portfolio includes the following industries: Automotive, Healthcare, Government, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, Leisure & Entertainment
• Manage digital team and oversee all digital marketing planning and execution for digital corporate communication requests from all core corporate teams, wider organizational business units, and ad-hoc projects
• Leverage data and analyze market trends to create digital strategies for regional and international multilingual digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, introduce new products to markets, and create new streams of lead generation
• Serve the core corporate team and wider organization as a digital consultant, advising on best practices, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and recommending solutions
• Manage content, maintenance, development, and updates across 41 GCC websites for luxury automotive brands on Adobe Experience Manager CMS platforms
• Oversee and work alongside internal team of analysts, developers, and account executives working on multichannel digital projects
• Leverage preexisting assets and analytical data for optimization of current projects as well as new projects, such as microsites, landing pages, and social campaigns
• Lead weekly client meetings and present on corporate project priorities, new campaign concepts, as well as analytics for SEO and standard reporting metrics sourced from Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Search Console
• Conduct cost analysis, financial forecasting, cost estimate creation and scoping of new work; as well as handle purchase order requests and invoicing
• Rolled out a strategic and targeted reintroduction of the organization using newly rebranded collateral to reestablish industry presence, trust with the community, increase website traffic, social media traffic, and overall product sales
• Captained rebranding, copywriting, and data collection for organization on social media, email marketing campaigns, sale domains, and at events
• As a result of rebranding and restructuring systems thus far, over the course of three events, sales have increased by over 200%, social media interactions are up to more than 17k per week compared to 300 per week, event attendance increased by 3.5k, email campaign bounce rates drastically reduced and view-rates as well as click-rates are above industry average
• Executed highest grossing bilingual national and international digital campaigns for Fortune 500 clients, including AT&T, American Express, HBO, STARZ, Disney, among others.
• Managed high-level digital campaigns for varying business units, comprising of sports marketing, entertainment (cinema/television/music), international travel, product marketing, loyalty programs, and customer acquisition
• QA campaigns for proper tracking implementations/pixels; use testing results, site statistics, and social analytics to inform strategies, UI, and optimize campaign content and usability for maximum performance and profits
• Used data analysis to establish criteria for UI/UX development and content production across teams for social media, landing pages, and web/mobile digital campaigns
• Responsible for digital campaigns that outperformed KPIs within the sports marketing and entertainment sectors
For my capstone project, I designed a mobile app to encourage and facilitate volunteerism nationally. This is how I learned how to code and wireframe to develop UX interfaces for my iOS app.
