IT Coordinator - Levant area (Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Libya, Iran & Yemen)
-Coordinates and manages all IT projects in Levant such as CRM system, sales module for reports and sales target.
- Evaluates and proposes new Business Solutions to improve business, builds solid business case, proceeds with approvals such as SMS interface, soft phone, new software and achieve good VEI
- Manages and organizes performance of information technology infrastructure, architecture, systems, networks, software, hardware, access control system, Voice over IP telephone systems, data, video communication and resources across multiple platform
- Coordinates with global IT to implement the corporate standard and procedure in Levant area such as IP telephony, security system, server room, infrastructure, hardware and software
- Manages the acquisition, configuration, maintenance of hardware, LAN/WAN, oversees troubleshooting, helpdesk, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support for all Levant region when necessary.
- Acts as primary organizational interface with vendor, builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of all hardware, software and other IT supplies.
- Consolidates all Levant sites for migrating two companies SP & OBS: hardware, network & Cabling, Access control, telephone system.
- Implements Value Enhancement initiative in purchasing IT & Technology equipments, local agreement with vendors, implement business solutions
