Report directly to the Construction Manager and manage all the aspect of implementation/construction during all phases of the project. To ensure that all execution and inspection are carried out as per inspection plan / drawings / codes & specifications. To carry out inspection & certify all necessary inspections during various stages of site activities as per approved inspection and test plan. To co- ordinate with client and supplies and consultant for site inspection activities.

Reporting to the Construction Manager and manage all phases of construction work on multiple highway projects.
•Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards
•Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labor
•Provide technical advice to designer regarding design and construction.
•Established Bench marks and Transfer point with Coordinates and elevation for reference points.
•Participate in surveying to lay out installations or establish reference points, grades, or elevations to guide construction
•Compile and submit permit applications to local agencies verifying that projects comply with various regulations
•Manage and direct the construction, operations and maintenance activities at the project sites
•Manage and ensure all materials in compliance with required quality and prepare reports for all final project turn over
•Maintain records of all construction procedures and prepare progress reports
•Prepare technical reports and documents
Reporting to the Resident Engineer assist with the design of Roads/bridges and other civil engineering structures.
•Surveying the site of construction and assessing suitability.
•Established Bench Marks and Transfer points for layout reference.
•Estimating traffic load on the bridge.
•Designing various bridge components in keeping with expected traffic and soil strength
•Preparing blueprints of the design
•Creating the most functional and cost effective design
•Preparing detailed estimations of the project
•Communicating with contractors with regard to undertaking construction work
•Ensuring safety standards of the bridge
•Ensuring that the design, including materials used and structural elements are as per government standards
•Prepare construction schedule of the project.
•Conduct work stationing prior to construction.
Reporting directly to the Chief Engineer manage all aspects of work to ensure compliance with agreed construction specifications, quality and timelines.
•Coordinate with the project manager and administer efficient working of construction process and monitor lifecycle of all projects and prepare all project controls and update as per requirement and document all processes.
•Provide technical support to management processes and maintain and update all logs and document all estimates and change orders for vendors and perform quantity survey with help of different software and maintain compliance to an efficient project schedule.
•Prepare physical layout for all construction projects and coordinate with project manager to administer and maintain all contracts and purchase orders and prepare an effective work schedule.
•Oversee all engineering processes on construction projects and provide subject matter expertise as per requirement and perform regular tests on procedure to ensure compliance to all regulations and evaluate all designs and drawings before implementation.
•Identify and resolve all technical issues in construction process prepare an effective schedule and prepare appraisal reports to be submitted to construction manager and procure materials to prepare an effective construction schedule.
•Evaluate projects status and organize, attend various staff meetings on weekly basis.
•Established Bench Marks and Transfer points for layout reference.
•Participate in surveying to lay out the installation or established the reference point, grades or elevation to guide construction.
