• Reports directly to Vice Chairman
and discuss with management all inputs into the design concepts and development,
• Fully manages Concept, Schematic and Details Development stage deliverables and processes including preparation and sourcing of material/mood boards,
• Coordinates collaboration between Design & Drafting Departments, Structure and MEP, including implementation of drawings from concept design to design development stage, preparation & coordination of FF&E Specifications, review of site related shop drawings,
• Assist senior management team in providing all necessary information required in order to submit fee proposals. Provide full and detailed appraisal of project requirements as issued by client
• Manages presentations and enforce and maintain agreed standards within the project teams, works with concept department to realise deliverables on time and within budget
• Orchestrates detailed design package, review progress and resolve all outstanding issues where client input is required
• Manages multidisciplinary design coordination with engineers, vendors and other consultants and takes responsibility for issued information for each stage of the project
• Ensures compliance with approved design standards to provide quality design, safety, constructibility, reliable operation, construction economy, and operating convenience. Takes ownership of schematic design development with design team
• Reviews design models, drawings and design.
• Works with QS regarding BOQ and tender documents
• Coordinates construction site works related to Architecture and Interior Design working accordingly with Site Engineers, Project Managers and Clients.
• Coordinates projects internationally - in UAE and India attending meetings with Governmental and Private entities. Client facing presence in all project meetings and workshops,
