•PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION - COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
•Manage payroll management system for the entire Group using ORACLE ERP System version i12.
•Implementing Group HR Policies related to payroll, attendance and settlement
•Run and process the payroll from attendance up to salary slips for ( for 22 companies with the total of more than 6000 manpower . )The organization has businesses in Oil & Gas, Automobiles ( sole dealer of FORD , JEEP, DODGE, CHRYSLER, PEUGEOT, LINCOLN ) Real Estate, Insulation Engineering, General Contracting, Hertz Rent A Car, Exchange, Computer Services, Travelling Agency, Steel Structure, AC Maintenance, Fleet and Almana Maples (Joinery).
•Reports directly to the general manager of the group whose job is to plan and direst decisions about employee pay, benefits, rewards and other forms of compensation.
•Ensures that all transactions and reports are processed according to internal procedures and guidelines.
•Provide accurate and on -time submission of all Finance reports and forms.
•Prepares and reviews employee’s benefits along with the HR Manager.
•Prepares monthly reports for General Managers and Directors which tackles the companies (newly join employees, salary register, pay master, headcount, leave, leave and ticket encashment, overtime hours, overtime amount, separation and resignation.)
•Manage OTL (over time labor) in Oracle ERP system.
•In charge on the installation and testing of time & attendance system
•Supervise time keepers for the attendance of the whole group.
•Manage Leave Records, Accruals and Final Settlement for employees.
•Responsible to maintain the personnel files right from recruitment to retirement in a very systematic manner thru Oracle i12.
•Updating of Increments and Training records if any
•Generate expiry reports for various documents like visa, passports & Labor card.
•Process employees' requests including salary certificates, salary transfer letters, pay slips, ID cards, staff discount cards, transportation passes,
•Monitors employees' attendance and their update in the system, as well as monitors all kinds of leaves and working hours, overtime, etc.
•Prepares salary register, pay master and pay slips every payroll month.
•Update the system regarding the compensation and benefits of newly hired employees
•Process leave return forms of employees who went back from leave and run their payroll for the current month as necessary
•Prepares payroll report for GM’s & Directors
