•Led the Contractor for all the aspects related to the submission to the AHJs, i.e. SRC (Saudi Committee for Railway Safety) and Civil Defense (Fire Brigades Corp) achieving the approval up to Mid Term Design milestone. That including Sand mitigation measures baselined (mitigation of the sand drift effect and related decision making processes - this task implies development of 3D models and mock-up for RAM demonstration) and Change management for major Network requirement change (maximum rolling stock length: from 2km up to 4km).

System integration manager for the SAR Saudi Landbridge Railway Project
The role involved the direct report to the Program Delivery Director and the supervision of the following disciplines: System Integration, System Assurance (RAMS), Requirements Management, Interface Management, Change Management and Configuration management.
Main tasks were also to:
•Supervision of design review for the Signaling and Telecommunication System, Fire Life Safety Strategy and Security Assurance Process.
•Liaises with the Client for technical and project management aspects
•Develops and Manages the PMC's Project Management Manual in conjunction with the Program Delivery Director and the system integration strategy and requirements along the lifecycle, having the PMC the role of Lead Integrator for the whole System to final System Acceptance.
