As Project Manager for Agos Group International srl in the project for the Refurbishment Works of Ghoze El Tiek Hotel in Misratha (Libya) for the Radisson Blue Hotels, starting my role as in a fast-track construction, covering the role of
leading architect and construction manager.

I have faced critical situations during the project: I covered the role of Lead Architect, getting the responsibility to coordinate the interior design consulter (GLA - Arch. Andrea Grassi), the BOH (Back of House) consulter (Studio K3 - Arch. Frank Wagner), the architect Mr Atlas Antonini and Studio 2P for the MEP consulter. I have successfully worked to overlap the different layout according with current structure of the hotel.

(I am self-employed and set up my own company)

-The target is in answering to the enterprise’s needs both for the typical projects (concrete, steel, masonry), more specific fields (structures for elevators, for photovoltaic solar panels, as well as responding to the needs of customers for a complete plan and design of their houses (including restructuring)
-In the past few years I have consolidated business relationships with building companies, designing for them concrete constructions. This includes structures in seismic regions that have to be designed and constructed in a way that takes into account the adequate energy and dissipation capacity.
-I have a partnership with IDROSOLART s.r.l. for the development of structures and stands for photovoltaic solar panels.
-I have a partnership with VIPAL s.r.l for the structures of elevators. Since 2010 I have been designing an average of 17 elevator structures per month.
-Worked on the rehabilitation of old buildings and design of new buildings in the region of L’Aquila and Emilia Romagna following the earthquakes in both regions.
-Handling the projecting and designing of structures in addition to making orders through the production cycle.
-I have consolidated my knowledge in the non load-bearing permanent shuttering kit/systems based on hollow blocks or panels of insulating materials and sometimes concrete.


Main activities and responsibilities:

-I follow up with construction companies to make sure they build the projects according to the structural designs. In the event of any changes it is my duty to verify and find the best solutions in accordance with what the client wants.
-I am responsible for measuring the quantity of each material that is required and to write a relation daily. In addition I get certificates of the materials coming in and check if they conform to the norms and as required by the project.
-Taking samples of the material for a final check in the labs.
-For projects with steel or wooden structures my duties as a supervisor start from supervising the production in the factories of all the structural elements. The certification and testing of materials prior to production is always a priority.

I have all the licenses of all the software that I have mentioned above
