monitoring and evaluation by daily, weekly and monthly reports
revision QS for all finishing works
managed multi factories, commercial and residential led team five(draftsman, two junior architect, mechanical and civil design engineer
to develop concept and municipality required drawing.
making sure the project is running according to schedule and budget.
Attend with our other team members the meeting with clients to working on concept. Revision projects drawing with municipality engineers.
A- Review of contractor's architectural workshop drawings.
2. B- Review of contractor's material submittals in line with the project specifications.
3. C- Provide our PM with the necessary data in order to prepare the monthly progress report.
4. D- Attend with our other team members the weekly site meeting with the Contractors and Client Rep. to respond and/or comment on any issues related to the architectural works.
5. E- Jointly prepare with our team members the weekly site report.
6. F- Assist - in collaboration with the other team members and the home firm - in the preparation of architectural field sketches if deemed necessary, in case construction problems or modification will occur and shall require such assistance.
7. G- Provide limited architectural design works, unless you wish to increase your contribution for this activity
8. H- Respond to any Inspection Request (IR) issued for the architectural works by making the necessary site inspection and state your views on the received IR
A- presenting technical reports for site analysis.
B- preparing and presenting design proposals to the client.
C- producing working planning drawings .
D- Producing presentation drawing when client want it.
