• Handling Admin works (data entry, filing, daily reports, etc)
• Receptionist duties such as answering of phone calls and attending to visitors
• Administration tasks, maintaining, updating and monitoring of daily records
• Maintains office supplies (i.e. stationeries, pantry inventory etc.)
• Work closely with inter-department to ensure all documents are properly collated for timely submission
• Provide HR and administrative support to the department
• Handling recruitment and staffing functions, deploying staff on their respective assignments, giving pertinent documents like visa copy, passport and deployment papers. Doing data entry on excel file and making daily excel reports and generating prospected leads.
• Assisting valued customers and making sure to give them beyond customer service satisfaction in terms of offering newly launched electronics that is freshly released in the market.
• Handled Government Compliance and Certifications, assessing pertinent documents and organizing all the paper works and filing it accordingly. Sending payment and invoice to third party and making sure all the information is correct and in accordance to the government compliance procedure. Doing data entry reports and sorting out files and documents.
A graduate of bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Busines information System with attested documents attached.
