- Conduct equipment and security checks as required
- Complete cabin service to company standard in an efficient manner
- Ensure safety and comfort of passengers and cabin fellow
• Resolve customer complaints regarding food service
• Provide a link between kitchen and service areas
• Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities
• Develop and update food and beverage knowledge
• Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service, and complete disciplinary write-ups
• Provide food and beverage service
• Process financial transactions
• Communicate on the telephone
