 Preparing daily collection report for finance office and recording all the deposits in bank forms.
 Disbursing monthly students’ wages by cash.
 Disbursing vendor cheque.
 Liaison between Purchasing office and Finance Director Office for completing the University purchase orders.
 Follow-up with the students who has due to University and also follow-up with vendors for payment release.
 Executing other office tasks as assigned.
