Identify payment plan that meet the students need and advising them.
Collecting tuition in different methods.
Undertaking activity in accordance with AUK finance office procedures for the fulfillment of student payment process.
Commit to serve students by coordinating with other students related functions (i.e.) Admission office, Registration office.
Ensure that students finance records are correct.
Preparing daily collection report for finance office and recording all the deposits in bank forms.
Disbursing monthly students’ wages by cash.
Disbursing vendor cheque.
Liaison between Purchasing office and Finance Director Office for completing the University purchase orders.
Follow-up with the students who has due to University and also follow-up with vendors for payment release.
Executing other office tasks as assigned.
