project requirements during Design and Supervision.
2. Full coordination between all disciplines.
3. Manage weekly meeting and monitor contractor's quality procedures implementation
accordance with the Royal Commission Standards.
4. Check and review contractor’s submissions and alternatives solutions.
Project ICity - Mountain View.
Project value Fifty Billion Egyptian Pound.
Ø Establishing an integrated City on an area of 470 acres consisting of villas, Residential
apartments, landscape and lakes, etc.
Summary of Main achievements & Duties.
1. Responsible for Work Progress, quality and workmanship of every activity.
2. Ensure Civil Construction coordination liaison between design engineering and site
construction teams.
3. This Responsibility is in accordance with the overall targets (Safety, Staffing, Planning,
Quality, schedule, Cost and Delivery) defined for the Project and in line with the functional
requirements and standards set forth by Mountain View.
AVARIS Mall-Commercial & Administration Complex.
Project value 800 Million Egyptian pound.
Ø Commercial Mall consist of 2 Basement, Ground, 2 Repetitive floors
&Electrical Substation.
Summary of Main achievements & Duties.
1. Review method of statement, shop drawing, ITP's, invoices and all related documents
2. Monitoring site activities to ensure that construction is progressing according to Time
schedules, meet quality standards and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
3. Responsible for resolving any issues and problems arising onsite, offering expert advice,
closing out any possible gaps and addressing any unforeseen risks.
4. Completion Skeleton of Mall on time within budget.
Ø Riyadh Metro It is a part of King Abdulaziz's public transport project in Riyadh, It is
considered one of the largest and leading projects in the world.
Ø FAST Consortium, Companies is led by Spanish construction group FCC and includes
partners Samsung C&T, Alstom, Strukton, Freyssinet Saudi Arabia, Atkins, Typsa and
Setec.
Main Achievements
Ø Completion 9.0 km (238 Piers) of Viaduct & Track on time according to the time schedule.
Ø Built some piers in the middle of the two most busy roads of Riyadh - It was all done on
time with zero accident.
Ø Develop and improve Exit 8 in the North Eastern Rring road at Riyadh according to
specifications of MOT
Ø Construct Intermediate Traction Power Substation (ITPS).
Duties
1. Monitoring and Supervise the construction works at Viaduct 6.1 with total length 9.0km with
intermediate Traction Power Substation and coordinating all contractors' activities for
assigned area (from site preparation to Track).
2. Ensures that all construction works are undertaken to required designs, specification,
standards and QHSE (Permits, PPE, Safety Induction, Tool Box Attendance, etc.).
3. Responsible for reporting progress of site works to Site Manager and Coordination work for
traffic diversions.
4. Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at being Construction sites, to ensure that proper
procedures are carried out.
Project Strategic Execution Of first Phase of the water StrategicScheme.

Consultant TYPSA GROUP.
Project value 150 Million Saudi Riyals.
Main Achievements
Ø Redesign of the project schemes (40 km), choose alternative routes compatible with the
bill of quantities and time schedule on the time limit from the owner.
Ø Implementation and construction of water transmission lines ( DI 300 mm - 1200 mm)
in the west of Riyadh with a total length of 40 km including 250 types of chambers and
thrust boring DI 300 mm below the Western Ring Rroad .
Duties
1. Attend the meeting with all stakeholders and coordinate with all concerned people to meet
project requirements.
2. Evaluation of contractors’ submissions, the preparation of tender analyses reports and
Follow-up to the company's invoices.
3. Supporting the tender process, including the development of responses to tender queries
related to Bills of Quantities and conditions of contracts.
4. Preparation of project time schedules in coordination with the Planning Engineer.
5. Identify problematic design issues and make Recommendations for alternative and cost
effective Re-design solutions.
Project Completion stages of the water project villages at Hail
Client Water and Electricity Ministry.

Summary of Main achievements & Duties.
1. Implementation transmission lines between villages of Hail (60 km pipeline).
2. Supervising the construction engineering work and provide technical expertise for one or
more of the construction engineering disciplines, as well as survey personnel.
3. Coordinate with traffic, municipality, NWC and with all concerned authorities and Hold
meetings before start excavations work.
4. Prepare invoices and review with the
Project Dirot west water treatment plant at Egypt.
