Job Profile:
Responsible for administering HR functions as part of a seven member team for the staff of QNCC
Scope of Execution: Approximately 200 associates
Key Roles:
Pre - Recruitment/Recruitment
Shortlist CVs based on resource requirements for interviewing
Set up interviews with candidates and concerned interviewees
Conduct reference checks once candidates were finalized
Arrange to advertise vacant positions if required
Immigration
Coordinate with the immigrations team of Qatar Foundation for the following:
o Permanent entry visa for recruits
o Resident Permit (RP) application for newly hired staff and their families
o Medical and fingerprinting formalities
o RP renewal and RP transfer for staff and their families
o Issuance of No Objection certificates for various purposes such as family visit visa, alcohol permit etc.
o Food handling certificate issuance
o Sponsorship transfer formalities
o Issuance of exit permit
Inductions/Trainings
Facilitate induction of newly hired employees by coordinating with various departments within QNCC
Collaborate with vendors to arrange for staff trainings both technical and non-technical
Prepare all logistical arrangements to ensure smooth staff induction/employee training
Employee Well being
Collaborate with Qatar Foundation’s Health and Safety office to organize various well -being programs at QNCC including anti-smoking campaign, breast cancer awareness, eye checkup, healthy heart campaign etc.
Clarify employee related queries regarding all HR policies and procedures
Facilitate monthly birthday celebrations and anniversary celebrations for QNCC staff
Employee Separation
Facilitate all aspects of employee separation with regard to immigration formalities, experience certificate, file maintenance etc.
Job Profile: Handling HR activities for the Software division of Mannai Corporation and liaising with Group HR for HR needs of the department’s associates.
Role - Recruitment related activities

•Preparing the Manpower Request Forms and obtaining necessary approvals for new recruits into the Software Division
•Coordinating interviews with the recruitment team of sister company, Mansoft
•Coordinate with recruitment agencies for niche skill profiles
Role - Associate Induction

•Introducing Mannai and the Software division to the new recruit
•Briefing HR policies and procedures
•Sharing the induction kit and “Yellow Pages” document for soft landing
•Conveying medical, finger printing appointments & job contracts to new hires
Role - Talent Engagement

•Arranging “Proactive Employee Engagement Programs” for Associates
•Conducting connect programs like Technical forums, All Hands meet
•Facilitating team building workshops to enhance team bonding
•Community building initiatives like quizzing, online competitions, birthday celebrations
•Sending out communication mailers and motivational messages to associates
•Facilitating and implementing Core Group initiatives

Part of the Talent Management team, handling end to end HR activities for two business units - Datawarehousing (DWBI), Oracle Solutions Practice (OSP).
Span of Execution: 4000 Associates - DWBI, 2000 Associates - OSP

• Induct new entrants into the business practice through New employee orientation sessions
• Buddy program & soft landing measures for approximately 250 new hires
• Facilitate Power lunch with Sr. Mgmt twice on a fortnightly basis
Communication
• Facilitate open houses every quarter for associates pan India
• Conduct connect programs like Technical forums, Power lunches & skip level meetings
Community Building
• Conduct cultural celebrations & sports events for approx 400 associates at Chennai
• Facilitate team outings every quarter & annual day celebrations
• Hold team building workshop for project teams pan India
Reward & Recognition
• Facilitate the annual global R&R program for OSP associates globally
• Custodian of the organization-wide Reward program for both the business units

Facilitate talent development programs on a monthly basis by partnering with the training academy at various employee levels

Facilitate the Salary revision cycle for approximately 2000 associates globally for OSP
Performance Management
• Facilitate the below for the OSP business unit:
Annual appraisal cycle for 2000 OSP associates globally
Manager score cards for 120 OSP managers & above levels
Career Management
• Facilitate the Promotion cycle for approximately 4000 DWBI associates across globe
• Implement Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) programs on a quarterly basis

Handle end-to-end resignation & retention processes, being a member of the Employee Engagement council (EEC).
