▪ Managing a portfolio of accounts across a variety of sectors (mainly hospitality - over 40 five-star hotels in Qatar)
▪ Publishing collaterals and promotional materials, including listings, press releases, brochures, etc
▪ Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
▪ Attending media-related events, networking opportunities, and associations to boost the company profile
▪ Assisting in content creation for both online and offline
▪ Managing online/social media content
▪ Develop, write and deliver quality marketing copy to promote products/services of the website
▪ Create compelling headline copies that will capture the attention of the target audience
▪ Edit and proofread a variety of content types for the website, ensuring it meets style and marketing tone
▪ Produce the daily newsletter
▪ Generate, publish and share engaging content
▪ Communicate with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner
▪ Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities
▪ Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage
▪ Improve and manage all internal communication systems
▪ Plan meetings by identifying, assemble and coordinate requirements; establish contacts; develop schedules and assignments; coordinate mailing lists
▪ Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
▪ Handle correspondences, phone queries, and/or further communication
▪ Assessing leads and pitching captivating story ideas to editors
▪ Attend conferences, press briefings, events, and interviews
▪ Create press releases to coincide with each new product or service release, as well as company milestones and special events
▪ Consult on public relations projects, creation of marketing materials
