Responsibilities:
• Produces itemized tasks quantity estimates (Architectural/Fit-out and Structural works).
• Assist in preparation of Bid Plans/Tender Documents and attend bid meetings with Bids Committee.
• Prepares Letter of Award, Subcontract Agreement and Bill of Quantities to Subcontractors.
• Monitoring of owner supplied materials prior to requisition of materials and delivery.
• Monitors and prepares summary for the actual project expenses by gathering data from Accounting, Purchasing, and Engineering Department.
• Closes coordination with the Project Manager with regards to the computed actual expenses of the project.
• Prepares cost comparison/budget for Civil, Architectural, Structural and other related works.
• Prepares monthly report, accomplishment and billing of the Project.
• Performs other functions assigned by the superior.
• Initiate claims, submit cost proposal and reconciliation to Client based on site changes and revised plans.
• Prepares Quantity estimate prior to preparation of Claims/Variation Order Proposal to Client.
• Prepares Payment Endorsement/Payment Certification to Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Issue site instructions and memorandums to Subcontractor.
• Collates assess, evaluates and finalizes production data and material usage gathered by field engineers and site supervisors.
• Prepares cost analysis for labor and materials based on data gathered to be submitted to immediate superior.
• Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.
