I am in charge of online IELTS Course development and delivery, both general and academic, for group of professionals and school pupils.

I am an EFL EFW ESP Instructor for vocational and Foundation students (age 19-23).
Responsibilities: curriculum design as per track, international exam preparation (CBT, Capstone, IELTS, PET, KET), preparation for Job Interviews, elaborating and delivery of “Employability course” (CV, Cover letters, Job Interviews, Etc). I am also in charge of elaborating and implementing intensive English Intervention programs for at-risk groups. Previously, with the help of Intervention classes, at-risk groups showed an upward trend and improved passing rate by 25% in 5 weeks. Currently, I am in charge of implementing the curriculum for 11 at-risk groups in ADIP and DIP classes with A0.1 and A1.0 level of English .

As a part of MOH program my responsibilities included: teaching ESP Course for medical specialists, curriculum design and adaptation as per MOH KSA, international English Exam preparations (APTIS, FEC) and local medical exam. My groups achieved 100% pass-rate.

I deliver online one-to-one and group sessions for students all over the world. My responsibilities are to provide interesting classes, to help students to overcome the language barrier and to motivate them towards the success in language learning.

I am a Business English Trainer for Global English ( English One, Pearson English). We combine formal learning - structured, goal-based methodologies, with an informal approach - using the latest media and content to engage with learners, and encouraging students to discuss, interact and collaborate on projects outside of their formal learning schedule.

I am a tutor (private teacher) of English, German and Russian for all age groups (from kids to adults). I work out the curriculum according to a student’s age and needs, organize the schedule and teach the language. I also work out exercises and create texts, work with modern computer technologies to reach the highest results possible in teaching the language.

I conducted marketing researches of agricultural context (grains, bovine and ovine meat export, poultry and diary products), logistics of the delivery, cost analysis and etc for the Middle East.

I was working as a teacher of English for grade 8-10, elaborating the curriculum and exams, reviewing and implementing new curriculums as a part of intensive intervention classes to improve the level of English standard as school.

I conducted classes for Belorussian and foreign students, aged 16-40. English as a Second language, English Grammar and Phonetics, Speech Practice, Business English, English of Professional Communication. Also, I was in charge (Supervisor) of 2 groups of Belorussian and a group of foreign freshmen. My job supposed educational and psychological adaptation to the university, the city and the country.
(The University has UN attestation and the graduates can work as secretaries, interpreters and translator with the UN organizations.)

I worked with children, aged 5 -16, conducted lessons in English, German, Computer Studies and the Russian Language and Literature. Also I was in charge of 3 classes of 25 children each (children with mental instability and aggressive behavior). My job supposes Teaching the Subjects and psychological supervision of “problem children”.

I was dealing with paper flow/ correspondence, handled phone calls, assisted customers, worked with clients.

Summer camp Group Leader, later Summer Camp manager. I was in charge of the group of 25 children, later 300 children, organized their day (excursions, sport activities, entertainment). I also taught English to them (an English lesson per day). As a manager, I dealt with paper flow, arrangement and day-to-day activities planning for the group of 300 children and 30 teachers.
