Taking care of all the counter operations.
Greeting all the customers.
Dealing and resolving customer’s issues and queries on day to day basis.

Up sell where necessary, handling promotions.
Ability to interact with customers, including complaint handling.
Knowledge of all aspects of retail hygiene- stores upkeep and fit outs,
Merchandising, visual display, documentation
Implementing CRM (customer relation management) at the store level and providing relevant feedback to head office.
Interacting with Customer Care Centre for after sales service.
Ensuring brands are sufficiently stocked and effective replenishment ordering.
Inventory control- Regular stocktaking and ensuring there are no stock shortages.
Awareness of competitor activity.
On the floor training of junior.
Team leadership - Supervision of junior staff and enabling their development.
Maintaining relationship with customers.
• Proactively generates sales through merchandising & selling techniques
• Participate in projects to improve best practice in stock management and operational expenses to optimize profitability and performance
