• Works autonomously in coordinating, managing and prioritizing the day-to-day administrative activities for the General Manager.
• Gains a general working knowledge of all departments within the organization in order to handle inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate department.
• Manages busy and complex calendars, anticipating the need for and scheduling appointments.
• Monitoring all incoming and outgoing calls & Taking Messages.
• Handle all reception related activity independently.
• Updates office databases, marketing manuals and records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Works as a Time-keeper and preparing the salary.
• Organize and maintain files and records related to sales and marketing department.
I receive and transfer phone calls. I record all the appointments of my boss and I remind him ahead of time. I do the liquidation, the monthly payroll and other things related to work. I'm the one who will go to our client to get the checks payment and deposit it directly to the company account. Twice or thrice a week I voluntarily myself to clean our office especially when I'm not too busy. I do many things in my workplace so that my salary is worth it. I maintain the cleanliness and productiveness of our office. When we have visitors, I make coffee for them and entertain them while waiting my boss.
