Driving end-to-end supply chain excellence in the current role involves leading negotiations
with vendors, issuing Purchase Orders, and ensuring meticulous compliance with Customs
Regulations. Overseeing internal material transfers and maintaining HS codes for seamless
operations, managing customs documentation and conducting online invoicing with DHL &
FedEx, efficiently tracking orders. Collaborating with the production team, strategically
purchasing, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and generating insightful reports for top
management. Simultaneously managing global internal orders in our ERP systems, ensuring
a smooth production flow. Coordinating with various departments, scheduling production,
preparing MIS reports on logistics activities, and ensuring on-time delivery through effective
collaboration with sales. Additionally, handling order processing in SAP, coordinating with
sales and accounts, and updating stock transfers in the system. The role involves managing
purchasing orders, processing bulk production, and handling end-to-end documentation. In
collaboration with Transport & Logistics, coordinating effective goods delivery, ensuring
seamless operations. Contributing to the entire process, enhancing reporting tools,
monitoring performance, and facilitating stock transfers between warehouses and branches.
Responsibilities also include overseeing unit inspections, maintaining finished goods records,
and promptly addressing any delivery delays. Overall, a seasoned professional managing a
spectrum of logistics, order management, and warehouse activities in the current capacity.
Planning, coordinating and overseeing all inventory, logistics, shipping & receiving, and material distribution activities. Negotiating
with vendors for various parameters like price, payment terms, warranty, delivery basis, and performance criteria. Issuing of Purchase
Order.
Possess complete knowledge of Customs Regulations and maintaining HS codes for materials received and to be shipped. Managing
the internal transfer of local materials by monitoring incoming & outgoing through the custom portal (Freezone).
Recording of HS code according to the origin of the country, Maintaining HS codes for materials received and to be shipped.
Preparing documents for customs inspection of Warehouse or custom office. Applying for deposits/refunds as applicable.
Preparing invoices, packing lists, and waybills online with DHL & FedEx. Coordinating with transporter/logistic providers to track the
order.
Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations for storage of all materials. Planning & directing the inventory and
stock control programs for materials.
Maintaining the inventory of supplies, coordinating for the replacement and ordering of the same. Keeping a stock control system
up-to-date and planning future capacity requirement
Collaborating with the production team to recommend quantities of supplies for purchase, and exercise budgetary control over
warehouse operations.
Processing of all receiving reports on all shipments received through the warehouse. Adhering to cleanliness of the warehouse by
waste disposal of packaging materials
Generating regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for top management review to facilitating &
synergizing actions for ensuring sustainable & profitable growth.
Managed and executed global internal orders for all regions in ERP systems. Executed daily shopfloor meeting with concern
associates for smooth flow of daily and upcoming production activities.
Prepared production schedule with consideration of Material availability, Manpower, rush orders, Machine capacity. Coordinated with
various departments for smooth flow of production.
Prepared Various MIS reports such as Glance report, Weekly/Monthly reports on Logistic Activities. Frequently reviewed production
schedule.
Coordinated with sales for delivery and shipment details. Ensured on-time delivery of the materials and updated if any deviation in
the schedule. Created rework orders. Trained and supervised junior associates.
