• Manage Training Academy: Control the administration of internal training programs by sending emails to inform employees about internal training, reminding them of upcoming training sessions, filling attendance and sending it to the instructor, checking if mandatory employees have attended the training, and preparing reports.
• Identify potential trainers inside and outside the company.
• Follow-up the training evaluation systems.
• Maintain continuous communication with universities (presentation & Job Ads) to receive CVs of fresh graduates and alumni.
• Manage the new unit: Cloud/ DevOps by collecting CVs from different sources, such as internships, 4th and 5th-year engineers.
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, sending Recruitment Requisition Forms to Team Leaders in case of vacancy, and creating job advertisements that generate more CVs.
• Send welcoming emails to new joiners and ensure that the induction plan is being filled in.
• Send Probationary Evaluation Forms to Team Leaders for filling and evaluating new employees.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee induction, inform new joiners about Quality Management System Training and Marketing Orientation, and prepare reports on their progress.
• Monitor employee attendance and report any defaults.
• Monitor and manage employee’s annual leaves.
• Coordinate with the Travel Agency to determine pricing, travel dates, and preferred airlines.
