As a service crew I consider myself as the front liner or the brand ambassador of the store because of having the ability to recognize our customers esp.our regular customers at the workplace or not. My daily routine is multi-tasking cashiering(if needed), party handling inquiries, hosting(if there are party bookings) and building good relationship with my co-workers and the customers as well.
