Maintain regular contact with clients to identify their requirements and provide the Wholesale manager with suitable proposal.
Keep customer informed of the progress of their orders and ensure that they are notified of any possible delays through the sales representative
Maintain Customer stock level to ensure that demand can be met within agreed notice period
Arrange (or follow up) stocks deliveries to customer to ensure that the right goods are received on the right date and pass the information to the sales representative in order to inform the customer.
Provide customer with information requested by them about stock and orders through sales representative.
Prepares new product presentation and share with the sales team and customer.
Maintain good relations with customers to ensure that the company remains as preferred supplier.
Monitor and coordinating incoming shipments.
Generation of quotations based on customer inquiries.
Provide Assistance to accounts managers in generating invoices, stock reservation and in ensuring stock availability.
Generate all needed documents like Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice and packing list before and after the shipment.
Coordinate with Logistic Department for shipment status, documentation, customer requirement and other logistic related matters.
Develop internal documentation and contribute to a team environment.
Establishes rapport to every call and to gain the trust of the respondents
Good voice quality and communication skills is applied to every study that has been conducted.
Conducting qualitative survey by means of getting relevant information in a specific group of respondents.
Strong knowledge of statistics and computers
Confidence when dealing with a wide variety of people thorough telephone calls.
The ability to take responsibility and handle pressure when taking irate respondents.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow specific instruction on a given project.
Able to distinguish and to select the right specific respondent depending on what of type of survey we are given.
Handling every call professionally by ensuring respondents the confidentiality of their response to any of our given projects.
Use phone verification and precise profiling according to best practices.
