• Preparation of Financial statements - Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidated & standalone
financial statements of Utico FZC and its nine subsidiary companies.
• Corporate Tax Compliance - Compliance with Corporate Tax requirements. Done CT registration of Utico FZC & its
subsidiaries.
• VAT Compliances - Quarterly filing of VAT return of Utico FZC tax group, Utico Transmission & Distribution Company
and Al Hamra Water Company. Reviewing quarterly VAT workings of Utico SPC Oman.
• Month End Closure & prepare monthly MIS - Monthly booking of entries in Kinetic. Preparing Monthly MIS.
• Posting petty cash - Posting of petty cash entries in kinetic for Utico FZC.
• ESR, statistical compliance, Audit, Due Diligence - Comply the ESR & Statistical department requirements of
companies. Assisting in consolidated & standalone audit of all companies and Due Diligence.

• Valuation of shares - Actively engaged in coordinating with registered valuer, analyzing market and company risk factors, and diligently collecting data for the purpose of preparing a comprehensive valuation report.
• Preparation of projected financial statements - Actively engaged in discussions with department heads to gather insights on anticipated revenue and expenses when preparing projected financial statements for both valuation reports and bank loan applications.
• Secretarial compliance, ROC forms filing, Private Placement - Preparing notices for company board meetings, drafting resolutions, creating documents for EGMs and AGMs, recording meeting minutes, issuing share certificates, share transfer form preparation, issuing ESOP and completing a range of ROC-related forms including MGT 14, AOC 4, and MGT 7 etc.
• Tax and TDS compliance -Assistance by supporting company tax audit, filing of income tax returns for employees, ensuring monthly TDS return filings, and fulfilling all necessary requirements for GST return filings.

• Statutory Audit & Assurance - Lead audits for companies, firms, trusts, and individuals; perform ledger scrutiny, vouching, and AR/AP reconciliations.
• Financial Statements & Compliance - Review draft financials and notes for adherence to applicable accounting standards and TDS/VAT/GST rules.
