Experience in infrastructure. Read & review project scope of work (drawings, specifications & materials). Analyze technical data and project specifications to determine the materials needed for projects. Prepare prequalification documents and Material Approval Request as per project specification or QCS 2014 standard. Prepare requests for subcontractor, material request, work request & hire order. Coordinate with the procurement and meet with supplier to discuss what is required by the client. Follow up material delivery, purchase order and other contract requirement. Organize and attend construction meeting for follow up and discuss the status of all pending/ critical items.

Identifying all the interfaces together with the stakeholders and other contractors.
Lead the creation and updating of the Interface Control Document (ICD) associated with each interface recorded within the interface register.
Maintain an index of all ICD versions on the project to be used as the reporting tool for interface issues including the status of each interface.
Organize and lead the interface review meetings with the stakeholders and other contractors.
Suggest and facilitate reaching agreements and optimal solutions regarding all interface information pertinent to, and necessary for, the successful execution of obligations.
Control and monitor the interface resolution of each interface.
Undertake interface progress assessment to identify delay and initiate remedial action if necessary.
Preparing weekly and monthly report submitted to client.
Report to the interface manager all the critical areas and potential conflicts.
To consult regularly with the representative of design and construction departments to inform them about the actual status.
Attend progress meetings with interfacing party, designer, construction and client.
Initiating meetings to address particular issues, affecting the programme with respect to specific interfaces as required.
Ensuring updated information regarding Interface management process and specifically agreeing with interfacing entities system requirements apportioning into sub-requirements and their allocation.
Coordinate and integrate external technical interfaces with external stakeholders who are engaged in the development and delivery of designs.
Updating interface issues register, hazards, control measures and evidence report in complypro.
To identifying all the interfaces together with the stakeholders and other contractors such as Energy, PSD, TVS, Trackworks and Rolling Stock.
To lead the creation and updating of the Interface Control Document (ICD) associated with each interface recorded within the interface register
To organize and lead the interface review meetings with the stakeholders and other contractors
Coordinate the design, manufacture, supply, installation, and commissioning of the work under the Contract with the Interfacing Parties.
Assists in following up Managers for all matters concerning interfaces and check the conformity of the activities carried out by the work packages to project specifications, their impact and consistency with the development plan.
Check and update request for information and distribute to the concern discipline for review.
Prepare weekly and monthly report for interface management team like RFI, ICF, critical items and status of open items discuss in every interface meeting.
Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
Collect list of critical items of Civil Contractor from respective interface teams, discuss and evaluate the criticality of such issues and determine mitigation plans for action.
Coordinate with interface personnel from different subsystems/disciplines for their inputs of resolving the issues.
Update the Weekly/Monthly Work Progress Key plan using AutoCAD;
Monitor the physical Progress of Site through Weekly Site Visit;
Monitoring of Mock-up Progress (Shop Drawing Submission and Construction) and updating in P6.
Monitoring Manpower for the Weekly and Monthly Report.
Responsible for coordination with other department, consolidation and the submission of Weekly Report, Monthly Report, and Monthly Presentation and for ensuring that all standard reports and forms are completed and in compliance as required by the Client;
Support Planning Team with the documentation, submission to Client and filing system;
Receive, track and monitor internal and external documents using 4Projects, Constructware, MS Outlook and Dropbox;
Preparing various programs for tracking the progress per subcontractor from fabrication, delivery and installation of materials on site in primavera 6.
Responsible for coordination with construction team for the finishing work progress update in weekly basis.
Respond to building system alarms, with priority to first preserve the critical load, second minimize equipment or system damage, and third to participate in root cause analysis for prevention of further similar incidents.
Responsible in controls and monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems, and security systems.
Basic knowledge of Facilities Management and MEP equipment / systems and terminologies.
Available for 24/7 work and emergency corrective maintenance or action activities.
Facility monitoring is done in conjunction with coordinating maintenance works with the aim to provide undisturbed operational availability and service of the complete infrastructure of the airport.
Report any trouble or malfunction of the system to the technician on duty.
Prepare technical report for monthly and weekly report.
Reviews Engineering drawings & specifications of the installed Civil and Architectural finishes at site.
Conduct QC inspection and testing (Architecture/Finishes- walls, false ceiling, dry walls, doors, and windows) based on Inspection and Test Plan, Checklist, Method Statement and Works Procedures.
Assist Project QA/QC Engineer/Manager to review the Sub-Contractor's and Vendor's QA/QC deliverables i.e. Inspection and Test Plan, Work Procedures, Method Statement etc. to ensure they meet the specified project requirements and standards.
Conduct pre-inspection to ensure all the items to be inspected are ready prior to inspection.
Coordinate to sub-contractor in closing some issues to attain the target date of completion.
Coordinate to Project consultants/inspectors in scheduling the date and time of inspection.
Prepare necessary documentation for handover in orderly and readily retrievable manner.
Liaising with the final inspection of the work.
Ensures implementation of standards related to quality, safety and environmental requirements as per integrated Management System procedures.
Supervises and monitors the implementation of quality control procedures and the over-all quality of the aggregates produced.
Analyses specification of aggregates submitted by customers to determine the company's
capability for compliance.
Coordinates with the customer on quality control problems encountered on the product
Supplied.
Conducts various test to check the quality of aggregates produced.
Checks and evaluates test results.
Monitors schedule of external/internal calibration of inspection and measuring devices.
Coordinates with the mine engineering/processing supervisor for joint inspection.
Ensuring the Quality of Submittals for Material Approvals and Technical Submittals as per project specifications.
Controlling of submittals through respective forms like Material Arrival Notice, Information Request, Request for changes and etc.
Controlling the Quality of work executed at site as per project Specifications.
Ensuring Engineer’s Inspection and approval for ongoing activities within stipulated time.
Coordination with Sub-Contractors, Consultant and Client.
Immediate Report to Project Manager for Non Compliance of Quality Norms against Project Specifications.
Looking after for the tests through independent laboratory as per project specifications, and implementing the Quality procedures to organize the process between the Sub contractors and Main contractor and Engineers.
Assure all technical documents related to site quality control are having current status etc.
To prepare method statements, material samples and related documents from specialized contractors to send for approval from client/consultants.
