Identify all the interfaces with civil contractors such as Power, PSD, Signaling, AFC, Telecoms, Trackwork and OCS. Lead the interface coordination meeting between Systems and Civil Contractor. Check and follow up with the SSM all the open items/ actions that may follow. Produce MOM and issue for review. Schedule and lead interface workshop between Civil Contractor and System Discipline as required. Produce MOM and issue for review. Review and comments for new CINF’s for stations and tunnels and ensure SSM review. Updates the CIS register for PO section. Review the clash detection reports and provide the comments with Civil Contractor. Prepare the access room conditions checklist for 1st and 2nd fix. Lead the creation and updating of the Interface Agreement Sheet (IAS) associated with each interface recorded within the interface register. Lead the preparation of IAS and RFI. Coordinate with interface personnel from different subsystems/disciplines for their inputs of resolving the issues.

Prepare prequalification documents and Material Approval Request as per project specification or QCS 2014 standard. Prepare requests for subcontractor, material request, work request & hire order. Request quotation from supplier, prepare and issued LPO. Follow up material delivery, purchase order and other contract requirement. Organize and attend construction meeting for follow up and discuss the status of all pending/ critical items.

Attend progress meetings with interfacing party, designer, construction and client. Prepare weekly and monthly report for interface management team like RFI, ICF, critical items and status of open items discuss in every interface meeting. Collect list critical items of Civil Contractor from respective interface teams, discuss and evaluate the criticality of such issues and determine mitigation plans for action. Update the weekly/ monthly work progress key plan using autocad. Monitor the physical Progress of Site through Weekly Site Visit. Monitoring of Mock-up Progress (Shop Drawing Submission and Construction) and updating in P6. Responsible for coordination with other department, consolidation and the submission of Weekly Report, Monthly Report, and Monthly Presentation and for ensuring that all standard reports and forms are completed and in compliance as required by the Client. Receive, track and monitor internal and external documents using 4Projects, Constructware, MS Outlook and Dropbox. Responsible for coordination with construction team for the finishing work progress update in weekly basis.

Respond to building system alarms, with priority to first preserve the critical load, second minimize equipment or system damage, and third to participate in root cause analysis for prevention of further similar incidents. Responsible in controls and monitors the building's mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems, and security systems. Report any trouble or malfunction of the system to the technician on duty. Prepare technical report for weekly and monthly report.

Review engineering drawings & specifications of the installed Civil and Architectural finishes at site. Conduct QC inspection and testing (Architecture/Finishes- walls, false ceiling, dry walls, doors, and windows) based on Inspection and Test Plan, Checklist, Method Statement and Works Procedures. Assist QA/QC Engineer/Manager to review the Sub-Contractor's and Vendor's QA/QC deliverables i.e. Inspection and Test Plan, Work Procedures, Method Statement etc. to ensure they meet the specified project requirements and standards. Coordinate to sub-contractor in closing some issues to attain the target date of completion. Prepare necessary documentation for handover in orderly and readily retrievable manner. Ensure implementation of standards related to quality, safety and environmental requirements as per integrated Management System procedures.
