Manage Quality of RRMP 4 (budget -6 mil of dollars) for AVSI and communication of activities and MSA reports realized in front of partners and humanitarian community
● Ensure the proper development of the quality of RRMP-Rapid Response Mechanism Programme activities (through direct supervision of the monitoring and evaluation Avsi’ staff and the proper respect of UNICEF guidelines) that included NFI distributions, cash transfer activities, Education activities in primary schools in all South Kivu for IDPs, returned people and people affected by natural catastrophes ● Responsible for the proper understanding of the context, movement of IDPs and returned people in all the South Kivu, though regular contacts with UN agencies, Commission of movement of people, and the supervision of a MSA -multisectoral analysis-team responsible of MSA reports for humanitarian community
Manage the Logistics base of Goma in support of the projects in the field.
● Representation of Doctor without borders Belgium in front of Local Authorities (DGM, DGI, INSS, ONEM, Ministry of Health, etc…), INGOSs, UN agencies, other Doctors without borders affiliates and ICRC at the place of HoM (Based in Kinshasa) ● Responsible for the proper development of the supply/Logistics activities for the projects in Masisi, Nyangara, Kisangani ● Finance and administration management of Goma's base and support for Masisi’s base ●Responsible of the analysis of context of North Kivu and security of teams (inter’l and nat’l) and materials (car/trucks movements, transits, field visits etc...)
Manage a Watsan & Cholera response programme implemented in sites and camps for people affected by the earthquake of 2010, financed by AECID - Spanish Cooperation (2, 5 mil of euro)
●Operational management of programme activities, direct supervision of an international team (3 officers) and indirectly of 120 national people ●Ensure the closing the biggest base of Oxfam Intermon in Haiti (Petite Goave) and the proper ending of the programme reporting to the Chief of Mission, counterparties, and donors ●Security and safety management of base and teams: responsible for the proper understanding of the context of the intervention, to participate and ensure the relevance of actions, identification of emerging needs and monitoring security risks taken by teams ●Monitor of the security situation, assessing changes in indicators of threats and vulnerabilities and their implications in the management of security, ensuring compliance with safety standards and works with its definition ●Representation of Oxfam Intermon in front of local authorities (Dinepa, Ministry of health...), international bodies and clusters ●Participation in meetings with counterparts and stakeholders to coordinate and communicate with them the specific concerns related to the humanitarian situation ●Responsible of a media/radio campaign about good PHP practices
Manage a food security project implemented in all South Kivu for the families of ex soldier children and child victims of sexual violences commited by armed groups. The project was financed by French Cooperation and WFP. I moreover supervised a GBV project financed by UNICEF implemented in all the Province.
●Manage the project activities implemented in all South Kivu (food security and GBV) ●Responsible of the production of narrative and financial reports in compliance with donor’s requirements ●Responsible of the representation of COOPI in the field and in front of local authorities, partners, etc.. ●Security focal point for COOPI in South Kivu
Manage various projects ( education, CBR, microfinance) implemented in Kanyama slum of Lusaka and financed by Vatican, Italian Cooperation, Italian Bank Foundations, private donors.
●Operational management of all the projects (microfinance, Community base Rehabilitation, education, child protection) ●Representation of the Ngo in front of local authorities (Ministry of education...), international bodies and donors (ECHO, Nuncio-Embassy of Vatican) in Lusaka ●Responsible of the production of narrative reports and in compliance with donor’s requirements
Manage a food security emergency project with a component of microfinance implemented in Mbour, second Senegalese main port of traditional fishing, financed by Italian Cooperation.
●Coordination and supervision of all project activities : definition and coordination of on-site monitoring and project evaluation ●Budget management of the project and the local operating cash flow ●Supervision of human resources (nat’l) involved in the project
●Animation of the territory and the network of local partners (microfinance institution) and authorities (Ministry of Fishing, Ministry of Development…) ●Coordination with the main stakeholders in relation to project activities, preparation of project progress reports and technical and financial reports for the donor.
Implementation, coordination and monitoring of the microcredit program implemented in the southern suburb of Lima (Tablada de Lurin) for the neediest people target by the local ngo (Minkawasi)
