Buy/sell foreign currencies from walk-in or regular customers as well as other foreign exchange houses. Act as the main cashier in the branch.
Provide timely and accurate processing of over the counter customer transaction whether bank deposit, others money product services like Western Union and Xpress money, WPS (Wage Protection Salary) deposit and disbursement, payment for credit card and utility bills.
•Explain, promote or sell money products and services.
•Resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customers' transactions.
•Monitor high value transactions and ensure AML requirements are met. Documents from customers should be properly collected and filed accordingly.
•Prepare reconciliation reports of money product services at the end of the day.
•Ensure cash balance is tallied.
•Perform clerical document control tasks such as typing, sorting, arranging and filing.
