Admit clients, answers their needs at the reception by doing excellent holistic assessments. Assists the dermatologists in the education and treatment of clients. Plans, gives and evaluates proper nursing care. Observes medical asepsis in performing services and assists dermatologist in performing procedures. Observes sign and symptoms, institutes remedial action when appropriate and records these in client’s chart. Reports observation to dermatologist. Observes and responds to patient’s emotional and spiritual needs. Carries out doctor’s order. Administers and charts medications and patient’s reaction to medications. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the client’s unit at all times. Gives health teachings. Maintains good relationships with other hospital personnel. Attends meetings and conferences.
