•Handles loyalty and quantitative studies requested by the client from servicing to finalizing questionnaires and monitoring fieldwork
•Prepare detailed proposals which includes study requirement, methodology, sample size, allocation and cost preparation
•Create the layout and content of surveys, screeners, questionnaires and topic guide
•Brief moderators/colleagues/shoppers, monitor the progress of research projects/day to day follow up
•Analyze and interpret research data to identify patterns and solutions and formulate relevant strategic recommendations
•Draft detailed marketing reports and advise senior management via best use research findings.
•Communicate with clients in order to provide objectives and findings required.
•Moderates focus group sessions/intensive interviews
•Handles quantitative data to write the necessary graphs and analysis for the study
•Liaising with and supervising survey staff
•Analyze marketing research data, write and deliver reports and presentations
