• Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone.
• Answering or referring inquiries and booking appointments.
• Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment information and scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
• Ensure equipments, treatment products, Therapist, Nurse and Doctor availability.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Update calendars, schedule meetings and updated records of office expenses and costs..
•Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying.
• Prepares invoice
• Tally Daily and monthly accounts.
• Receives customers’ order of fiber cables and connectors
• Produce and release orders
• Computes used items for invoice
• Compiles Documents

• Help customers fill out sending and receiving forms Cash count Beginning balance before the transaction
• Cash count ending balance and tally amount to ledger and to system Check and control cash balance and coordinate with the head officers Process accurate and fast routine account transactions
• Securing the confidential information of the company
• Give daily and monthly financial reports.
