• PA to Managing Director and 3 Division General Managers
• Acting Office Manager in the absence of the Managing Director
• Support the managers for all administrative tasks
• Deputy Officer of the Managers, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence
• Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take and circulate minutes of the meetings
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
• Arrange and organize travel itineraries and hotel bookings for the managers
• Responsibility for accounts and budget
• Comparison sheet for hotel/travel details and finalization to issue to both executive levels and employees
