PROJECT DEFINITION:
-Ensure clarity of brief with client
-Site visit/photos of location
-Design and initial sketches with client
-Verify all imposed technical constraints
QUALITY CONTROL
-Space planning, furnishings, perspective designing, colour scheming
-3Dmodel supervision with renderer
-Presentation to client( powerpoint, mood boards)
-Check working drawings prior to issue to contractors
-Sourcing various fit- out companies for best quality/price
-Preparation of BOQ for client or procurement Department
PROJECT DELIVERY
-Work scoop
-Project implementation, considering customers needs and respecting time frames
MAN MANAGEMENT
Working with project manager for updates and any challenges
REPORTING
-Issue periodic reports to manager/architect/team /client
SET DESIGN: Tarek and Hayuna MBC(Kuwait), Shuji Show (MBC Kuwait), Proposal for Muna El Shazil show( MBC Egypt)
COMMERCIAL DESIGN: Shortlisted tender for Masdar Visitors centre, Proposal for Jewellery store, proposal for Jewlellery store, Hill-rom exhibition, proposal for Masdar Exhibition, Servier Office
