My Responsibility:
Design, procurement and execute the LV, ELV and IT systems. Prepare all the above system as per the project requirement submissions.
Support all systems involved in the project such as Lift, garbage system, window cleaning system, irrigation system, barrier gate system, water future system and also supervising installation, testing and commissioning the above all systems.
Co ordinate the MEP works to the civil works for fast and without complication from the site day to day.
Inspect the site day to day MEP completion and co ordinate the works reference with as per approved drawings.
Job Responsibility :

• CCTV Surveillance (various types of leading brands).
• Attendance recorder (Card - AC 100, EL 365, EL 630) & (Biometric - OA 200, A10, ER 850)
• Service Engineer for phones.
• Service support to Low watts to higher watts inverters.
• Manage and supervise LV, MV, HV cable laying.inspection rectification and supervision of Distribution transformer oil cooled type (11kv/415V).
• Monitoring various types Battery installation and charging units
Job Responsibility :

• Co ordination for Elevators
• Reading the Tender documents, Take out the bill of quantity; verify the quantity in the sight if it is necessary.
• Verify the condition of the actual tender quantity framed by the client.
• Survey the bill of quantity and take the snag list.
• Design project drawings, as per technical details and specification up to the project completion and estimate the list of materials as per the specification.
• Procurement the material with exact specification given by the client.
• Assist to purchase department for technical purchase.
• Monitoring the projects under maintenance for proper operation
• Technical Support for facility management team
• Involve new small factory instruments installation, testing and commissioning and proper maintenance management.
