Prepares daily transaction such as monitors bank balance, receive cash or check payments, identify the transaction and post in the system. Prepares month end financial reports such as Balance Sheet, Income Statement, trial balance and Cash Flow. Daily monitoring of petty cash fund. Prepares invoices for client, and email them the Statement of Account and follow up payments. Prepares for the payments to the overseas agents and make transfer. Check all the charges made by the sales executive and check all the attachments and invoices if properly recorded before invoicing. Prepare check vouchers and made checks.
Prepares monthly financial statements such as balance sheet, income statements and other related reports assures the confidentiality of the company. Prepares journal vouchers and check the work of the accounting clerk if it is correct in terms of computations and entries. Prepares bank reconciliation, cash count and cash position report. Check the entries and figures of loan documents of the clients that be processed by the loans processor. And ensures the control of the expenses of the company. Prepares monthly aging of receivables and books of accounts. Prepares payroll account of the employees. Update the three books of accounts such as Check disbursement, Cash receipts and General Journal.
