• Act as a liaison between Investment department/ SPV management and the investors, in order to update the investors through progressive reports, monthly investor letter, GCC Economic Strategy Report.
• Act as Investor Services Center to update investors and respond both verbally and officially to their investment enquiries, ensure timely escalation of operational errors, client dissatisfaction and/or complaints with respect to administrative and business issues. Maintain Investor inquiry/ Complaint log on CRM.
• Providing administrative and back-up support for the post investment placement and GFH capital raise activities.
• Provide the IPT management team with resource prioritization, business analysis and project management functions.
• Preparing reports in regards to funds under management, restricted investment accounts, and liquidity.
• Coordinate with the IT Department and Investment Placement Department in respect of the development of periodic management reports that can be generated by/from IMAL & CRM system and to ensure that required reports are produced regularly and distributed promptly among selected users.
• Passing accounting and share ownership entries to be reflected in the bank/ SPV's books.
• Reconciliation of NOSTRO accounts, clients' accounts, project placement and MIS reports
• Creating customers' information databases and preserving client information relating to dividends payments, booking shares and investment records.
• Work on multiple projects covering a variety of areas. Ensure that all projects are managed effectively and that initiatives are delivered to high standards.
• Validating KYC (Know your Costumer) forms against physical documentation prepared by IPT Team and forward them to "Compliance" for final approval.
• Liaising with the compliance officer to establish position. Maintain complaints register.
• Identifying corporate actions and reflecting them in the documentation of SPVs and Project Companies in terms of board resolutions.
• Being Involved in various investment projects such as investors updates, new business oportunities presentations preparation, etc.
