Work closely with management to develop and implement HR
strategies that align with IFFCO objectives.
• Lead the Human Resources department, ensuring all functions
are operating efficiently.
• Ensured timely escalation of risks and concerns to the relevant
operational management, HR, or Legal Department as needed.

• Keep up to date with the new regulations/policy and best
practices in the market, for both KSA and Bahrain and support
management on HR-related issue.
• Collaborate with other departments to smooth and consistent
organizational functioning.
